A five minute long viral video shot in Iloilo showed a woman claiming to be the ‘legal wife’ heading towards a house where her husband, a seaman, was allegedly sleeping with his mistress.
The ‘legal wife’ said that her husband told her that he will have drinks with his friends in another barangay.
She felt worried when his husband sent a following text that he will no longer go home and sleep over to his friend’s house instead.
With rumors that his husband is having an affair, the legal wife then marched towards her husband’s friend’s house and confronted him.
“One time sinabi niya sa akin punta daw siya sa friend niya na seaman din. Tapos nagtext siya sa akin bigla na di na raw siya uuwi,” the legal wife said.
The legal wife’s brother said that they decided to record the confrontation to have an evidence or what her sister’s husband was doing.
“Mahal na mahal ko siya, pero sa ginawa niyang yan, yung pundasyon o haligi ng pagmamahal na yun gumuho,” the legal wife told GMA News.
The couple met in 2006 and was the legal wife’s first boyfriend. She said that there were a number of times when she caught her husband cheating on her.
Considering their two children, the legal wife continued with their relationship and even agreed to get married.
After years of being a seaman, the husband allegedly kept in cheating on her.
But the most recent one was the most painful according to the legal wife.
The husband denied all the allegations and said that they were just having a good time with his friend’s house, who happens to be the brother of the alleged mistress.
The mistress on the other hand denied the accusations and said that she could no longer get out of their house because of what happened.
