Authorities in Kuwait are tracking an unidentified Asian domestic helper who was accused of stealing KD7,000 from her employer.
Her male Kuwaiti employer reported the theft to Naeem Police Station. He said the money was kept in the closet of his room.
The employer told the police that he strongly suspected the maid whom he had hired to clean his bedroom was behind the theft.
The employer said there were no signs that the closet was forcibly opened.
Information regarding the domestic worker have been given to the police.
