There were no Filipinos who got hurt in the recent car bomb explosion near a supermarket and shops in Benghazi.
Philippine Ambassador to Libya Elmer Cato confirmed this thru his Twitter post on Saturday.
He posted it along with a four-second video clip that shows black smoke coming from the site of the blast.
According to Cato, the area where the bomb exploded is frequented by Filipinos.
He added that they are in touch with the Filipino community there.
However, the car bomb killed three staff members of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya, according to a report from Reuters.
