The Dubai Mall offers check-in stations for 9 airlines

Travelers may now check-in and shop at The Dubai Mall with the help of its new ‘check-in station’.

DUBZ, a leading baggage technology and logistics company that is part of dnata, announced this via The Official Portal of the UAE government on Tuesday.

As of the moment, their check-in station currently caters to nine airlines including flydubai, SAUDIA, flynas, China Southern, Kuwait Airways, Gulf Air, SaudiGulf, Royal Jordanian, and Ethiopian Airlines.

If you have flights with any of these airlines, you can check-in at the station located in the dnata Travel store located on the lower ground level of the mall.

Just like a regular check-in counter, passengers may have their boarding passes printed, weigh and secure your baggage and ensure that it gets delivered to the airport and loaded onto the aircraft.

It opens and closes during the mall time from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm every day of the week.

Omar Abou Faraj, CEO, and Co-Founder of DUBZ, said this is one way of “ensuring hassle-free travel experience for the residents and visitors of Dubai,”.

If you are interested in availing such services, you just have to pay the fee of AED 99 that covers one check-in fee for one passenger with one piece of luggage. For additional luggage, they charge a fee of AED 40. Their service price is capped at AED 249, which can cover up to 10 bags.

You can arrive 60 minutes before your flight and proceed straight to passport control as soon as you reach the airport by taking the air-conditioned travellator.
