UAE telecom announces new roaming service

United Arab Emirates’ Etisalat telecom launches a new roaming service for their subscribers.

The service is called ‘Roam Like Home’ (RLH) where Freedom postpaid subscribers can enjoy local allowances even if they are travelling abroad.

Etisalat said customers can enjoy seamless roaming service. Freedom customers can choose from Data only (Dh100), Voice only (Dh200), Voice and Data (DH250) which can be consumed for seven (7) days.

All RLH units are charged upon subscription and its expiration depends on the first time the roaming service was used.

Etisalat has 120 roaming country partners including in-flight services.

With Etisalat’s new roaming options, customers can enjoy a seamless roaming experience. Freedom postpaid customers can choose from Data only at Dh100, Voice only at Dh200, and Voice & Data at Dh250, all valid for seven days.

Freedom postpaid customers with active roaming service can subscribe through My Etisalat UAE app, by dialing *177#, by SMS, or call the customer care center or visit the nearest Etisalat business centre.
