The Criminal Court of Fujairah heard the case of two men accused of trespassing on a farm owned by an Emirati. It all started when the victim came to check on his farm which contains sheep and chicken, to be surprised when he saw the 2 men trying to enter without any permission. The victim immediately called the police who arrived in a short time but defendants had fled already on board a vehicle.

The police patrol pursued the suspect, demanding them to stop their car but they didn’t respond and they tried to hit the police car in their attempt to escape. Eventually, police officers arrested the defendants and transferred them to the Public Prosecution which referred them to Fujairah Court with the charge of trespassing on private property.

The first defendant denied the charge, while the second admitted his attempt to enter the victim’s farm before he was arrested.
