Several complaints have been filed against a Filipino living in California, including identity theft, credit card fraud, and commercial burglary, according to a report on Unang Balita.
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office said Mark Lester Puzon was arrested for two separate incidents of theft.
Puzon allegedly entered the office of an establishment, where he stole a wallet, personal items, and credit cards of a still-unnamed victim.
After the incident, Puzon went shopping in San Bruno and used the stolen credit card. The same incident was reported in San Carlos.
Officials positively identified Puzon based on the CCTV footage where he went shopping.
