A pumpboy in a gasoline station in Guindulman town, Bohol province was shot by a security guard after farting loudly.
The Guindulman Police Station identified the victim as Marvin Balaoro, 18, a resident of Barangay Talisay, Anda town.
The incident happened at the gasoline station on Wednesday (May 29, 2019) at past 3 p.m.
The victim was shot in the chest by the 29-year-old Jonathan Perocho, the security guard of the gasoline station.
Police said Perocho told them that he was annoyed of Balaoro’s excessive and loud fart.
Balaoro was brought to Gov. Celestino Gallares Hospital in Tagbilaran City for medical treatment.
The police on Friday filed frustrated murder charge against the suspect.
