Vice President Leni Robredo denies that she personally knows Peter Advincula, the man claiming to be ‘Bikoy’.
“I can speak for the Liberal Party, wala kaming alam sa ganitong issue. Unfair na isali ang LP dito” Robredo said in a press briefing.
The Vice President said that the attacks launched against the opposition will not stop them to stand up against abusive rule.
“Kung ito ay isang klase ng harrassment para yurakan at siraan ang Libera party hindi kami magpapatinag” Robredo added.
Robredo insisted that there was no meeting between her and Bikoy or even with Senator Antonio Trillanes for any ouster plot.
“Hindi ko siya nakausap, Hindi ko alam kung bakit pinapakinggan pa natin siya paiba iba naman ang sinasabi niya. Isa lang ang sigurado bayaran at sinungaling siya” she added.
Robredo’s team is currently studying if they will file legal charges against Bikoy.
The Vice President also assured the public that there’s no concerted efforts to destabilize the government.
