Manila, Philippines– TV host and news personality Gretchen Ho denies any link to ‘Bikoy’ the hooded man behind the video series allegedly exposing President Rodrigo Duterte’s family and allies in the illegal drug trade.
“Regarding being included in the “matrix”, I don’t even know who Bikoy is, I have never watched the videos nor shared them, and I have no idea who Rodel Jayme is.You can check all of social media pages,” Ho said in a tweet.
Ho was among personalities tagged to be part of the new oust Duterte matrix, which was presented by Presidential Spokesperson Sal Panelo.
A netizen however was quick to ask Ho about why she was part of the dinner in Malacañang the night before the matrix was released together with other celebrities.
The TV host responded asking the same question “So am I trying to OUST or SUPPORT the government?” Ho asked.
Later on, the Kapamilya host clarified that the dinner was hosted by Duterte’s common-law-wife Honeylett Avanceña and was not meant for Duterte supporters alone.
“We were invited to a private dinner in Malacañang. Hindi po sinabi na for “supporters” of the President. I was there to have conversation and decided it would help to know the other side of things,” Ho clarified in another tweet.
