WATCH: What Legoland Hotel would look like

Dubai will soon become home to the Middle East’s first Legoland hotel in 2020.

Dubai Parks and Resorts announced that the Legoland Hotel will have 250 lego-themed rooms, castle play are and disco elevator within the resort.

Two Legoland theme parks in Dubai — Legoland Dubai and Legoland Waterpark — are designed for families with children aged between two and 12.

Legoland Dubai has more than 40 different rides. For some parents and children, one day trip to Legoland is not enough to enjoy all the rides and play with Lego. This is the reason many customers check in at the nearest hotel.

Legoland has seven hotels worldwide including in Malaysia, Florida and California.

All of the hotels have an array of different room themes from castles to medieval to pirates, with creative structures built with Lego blocks.

The Legoland Hotel Dubai will be a joint venture between DXB Entertainments (who look after Dubai Parks and Resorts) and Merlin Entertainments Group who will manage the property’s operations.

With Dubai Legoland Hotel, hotel rooms owned by DXB Entertainments will increase to 1,300. DXB also owns Rove at the Park Hotel in Dubai which will open June this year.
