Kishan said that the safety of patients should always come first, adding that they are ready to provide counseling to parents on how to deal with all possible scenarios before they reach medical help.
The official added that the case is high BBAs are unusual and rare in UAE.
Among the contributing factors to BBAs include distance to hospital and low maternal socioeconomic status.
A recent study found that women are likely to have BBA to their second baby. It also added that most BBA cases happen when parents are expecting a baby girl.
