Dubai is home to some of the world’s greatest man-made structures and another sky-high building will soon rise in the city.
The said building, which is located in Downtown Dubai, will boast 75 floors that will have 254 hotel rooms, 371 flats, and 321 hotel apartments.
Aside from the towering height of the building, it will also have two infinity pools at the top giving visitors a 360-degree view of the city. The said pools are also expected to be the highest swimming pools in the world.
New York-based hospitality firm, sbe, revealed some new details about the building saying that it is now more than 60% complete and is set to open in the third quarter of 2020.
The said building is the first sbe-developed property in the Middle East.
“We couldn’t be more proud to bring one of our signature brands to one of the world’s luxury capitals,” said Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of sbe.
