PDEA probes two “high-profile” celebs over alleged link to slain drug peddler

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) is investigating two “celebrities” whose names were found on the phone of a slain big-time party drug dealer Steven Pasion

“Dalawa sila, high profile, saka palaging nag-aappear sa TV. Babae saka lalake,” PDEA Special Enforcement Services (SES) Acting Director Levi Ortiz told the Inquirer.

One of the mobile messages has also shown of the celebrities even ordered 200 ecstasy tablets from Pasion.

Ortiz declined to identify the celebrities pending the investigation as the names may also merely be used as aliases by clients.

On Monday night, Pasion — allegedly the top distributor of party drugs and shabu in Metro Manila with clients high profile clients — was killed during a buy-bust operation led by authorities near his condominium unit in Sta. Cruz Manila.

Authorities also raided his residence where confiscated were around one kilo of shabu and 60 milliliters of liquid ecstasy with a combined worth of P6.08 million.
