A study conducted by the travel search engine, Skyscanner, has reported that Thursdays is the best day to fly out of UAE as tickets are cheaper compared to other days of the week.

The study was carried out after compiling all data, including average ticket prices, from the past year. It was learned that switching their departure day from Friday to Thursday can help travelers save by at least ten percent on total fare.

Skyscanner also revealed that Saturdays are the best time to book a flight and travelers can minimize their spending on flight prices by two percent.

As for the cheapest months to fly out of the UAE this 2019, data shows that tickets for the months of January, February, and September are the cheapest throughout the year. Skyscanner attributed the cheap ticket prices during these months to efforts by airlines and travel agencies to attract travelers to book trips before the holiday season.
