Competition for newly-wed couples launched

DUBAI: Lootah Real Estate Development, one of the region’s prominent modern real estate developers, has launched a community-focused social media competition targeting married couples residing in the UAE. The campaign was launched in line with the developers’ commitment to creating communities that provide the highest standards of living, and its ongoing efforts in identifying innovative ways to give back to the community which the company has been part of for over 40 years.

Newly married couples living in the UAE can enter the competition through submitting a video that describes their interpretation of what makes a new home “home” and posting it on their social media channels using the hashtag #LivinwithLootah.

The First 150 participants to submit their entries will automatically win Dh100 to spend at Souq Extra, the UAE based chain of community shopping centers, which is the main sponsor of the community competition launched by Lootah Real Estate Development.

The top 10 best entries will be shortlisted by Lootah Real Estate Development’s judging panel and announced through the developer’s social media platforms, followed by a poll which will allow social media users to vote and pick the grand prize winner and the 4 runners up who will receive Dh1,250 each to spend at Souq Extra.

The digital competition will be live on Lootah Real Estate Development’s social platforms in addition to the bespoke microsite which will house the terms and conditions of the competition and serve as the platform to announce the final winners.

In a nutshell:

• The grand prize winners will be awarded 12-months lease contract of fully furnished studio apartment at one of the developer’s prime residential communities in Dubai
• The 4 runner-up winners will receive Dh1,250 to spend at Souq Extra
• The First 150 participants to submit their entries will automatically win Dh100 to spend at Souq Extra
