Abu Dhabi’s National Day events are as follows:

Fireworks Display

Colorful fireworks will light up the sky in the evening as the whole country celebrates the spirit of the Union with some spectacular, and never seen before fireworks displays in four locations: Zayed Heritage Festival (8pm), Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium (8pm), Madinat Zayed (8pm) and Abu Dhabi Corniche (9pm).

Al Fursan Airshow

Emirates, Etihad, flydubai, and Air Arabia come together to showcase of an array of breathtaking aerial manoeuvres on Abu Dhabi Corniche this National Day, with special appearances from the air force’s Mirage 2000 and F-16 jets. ‘This is Zayed’

Majority of Abu Dhabi and the UAE’s residents will converge at Zayed Sports City for the official celebration of UAE’s 47th National Day. ‘This is Zayed’ celebrates and honours the life and achievements of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, with a remarkable visual show for all ages. Tickets are sold out but the festivities will be livestreamed at Abu Dhabi TV and at Umm Al Emarat Park.

Yas Marina Circuit’s North Grandstand transforms into a venue of colorful celebrations with National Day as it fuses urban fun and UAE culture together, perfect for the families and groups of friends. Take in an exciting mix of motorsport drift shows, music, modern and classical art, activities and food and beverage options. Get ready for a fun day out packed with entertainment, running from 12.00pm – 10:00pm.
