System enhancements to take place on Cebu Pacific’s booking system

The Cebu Pacific booking system will undergo system enhancements from November 13 (8:00PM, Manila time) to November 14, 2018 (7:45AM, Manila time). (UAE timings: November 13, 4:00PM – 3:45AM)

As per the release from the company, guests cannot book or manage flights via the website, call center, mobile app, ticket offices, and authorized sales agents during this system upgrade. Online check-in will also be unavailable.

Cebu Pacific’s airport teams will also conduct manual check-in of passengers at the airport during this time.

The airline strongly advises passengers to check in online, in advance. Those with checked bags are highly encouraged to be at the airport at least three (3) hours before an international flight and two (2) hours before a domestic flight, to allow ample time for pre-departure procedures. Check-in counters will close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

Affected guests travelling from 8:00PM of November 13 to 7:45AM of November 14, 2018, who are unable to rebook or cancel their itinerary due to the system enhancement, may avail any of the following options:
• Rebook their flights without penalties for travel within 7 days from original departure date; or
• Opt for travel fund without penalties.

“We sincerely hope for our guests’ understanding, as we work on improving our system to serve you better,” as per the company announcement.
