Multinational Emirate-based telecommunications services provider Etisalat has recently launched the 12.1 iOS compatible eSIM for Apple devices in the UAE, making it the first operator to use the technology.
Subscribers can now access the advanced features of Etisalat’s dual eSIM, which will enable them to use two mobile numbers on their iPhone devices.
According to Arabian Business, this new technology will also allow users to select an international roaming network while traveling out of the UAE.
Etisalat is the first operator to provide the second generation eSIM technology on both iPhones and Apple Watch.
