Man forced to kiss woman’s foot and apologize

A cashier was forced by a man who posed as a policeman to kiss a woman’s foot and apologized to her, told the Dubai Court of First Instance on Monday, October 29.

According to records, the Indian cashier received a call from the fake cop asking to meet him at a Metro station in Naif, reported Gulf News.

He asked his friend to accompany him in meeting the purported policeman. Upon their arrival, the man whom they thought was a policeman dragged the cashier by the arm and pushed him into a car. His frightened friend was also forced to sat beside him.

The purported policeman drove to the Business Bay area where a Pakistani woman is waiting for them.

He forced the cashier to kiss the woman’s foot and apologize to her for unknown reasons.

The two victims reported the incident to the police shortly after the suspect dropped them back in Sharjah.

After primary police interrogations, the alleged policeman impersonator, a 27-year-old Pakistani man, was arrested.

The suspect denied the allegations when he appeared before the court, while the Pakistani woman has left the country, according to the suspect’s lawyer.

The relationship between the cashier, the suspect, and woman is still unknown.
