Filipino expats in Dubai are invited to celebrate the spirit of Christmas at the upcoming Bayanihan Festival 2018 as families, groups of friends, and everyone will get to enjoy exactly how Christmas is celebrated in the Philippines right here in the UAE!
Philippine Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes said that the upcoming festivities will be a two-in-one as Filipinos join the UAE with the country celebrating its 47th National Day which will take place on December 2, as well as Christmas day that falls on December 25.
“(Ito) ang Pamaskong handog para sa ating mga kababayan sa Dubai at Hilagang Emirates. Marami hong sorpresa, maraming musika, maraming sayaw! Lahat ay celebration of Filipino culture,” said ConGen Cortes in a video posted at his Facebook page.
Doors open at 7:00 am. The event is free to enter for everyone.
