New hoverbike that can fight crime unveiled at Gitex Tech Week

The Dubai Police unveiled a “crime-fighting” hoverbike at the Gitex Technology Week 2018.

The new hoverbike is an upgraded version of the previous one displayed in Gitex 2017, reported by Gulf News. It can be used to respond to urgent situations, such as traffic accidents and emergencies.

It boasts of a remarkable advanced technology and can fly at five meters above ground.

Interestingly, it can also fly even without a passenger or an operator and can speed up to 96hm/h.

Also unveiled by the Dubai Police is the “Rased” project, which is a smart glasses with face recognition technology to help the police force spot suspects and wanted people.
