The Professional Regulation Commission has just released the list of passers for the recently held Special Professional Licensure Exams (SPLE) held all over the Middle East last August 24-25. 228 examinees managed to pass out of 326 who took the exam .
Rigina Young from Abu Dhabi leads this year’s passers with a rating of 85.40%. Joining her in the top 10 are fellow Abu Dhabi-based passers Ivy Catapat (top 2, 83.80%), Leonardo Sasing Jr (top 4, 82.20%), and William Garcia (top 8, 80.70%)

The SPLE is an annual exam organized by the PRC in cooperation with the embassies, consulate missions and the POLO-OWWA in various countries in the Middle East for those who wish to get their professional licenses in the Philippines without having to travel back home.
