GDRFA to remain open during Eid Al Adha

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced that their office will remain open during the occasion of Eid Al Adha – from Sunday, August 19, to Thursday August 23, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The only day they will be out of office will be on Tuesday, August 21, the first day of Eid Al Adha. The schedules announced are applicable in the Customer Happiness Centers at Al Manarah Center, Al Tawar New Center, and Hatta.

GDRFA furthers that their external center located at the Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 will remain open for 24 hours to ensure the continuity of operations and to facilitate the completion of customer procedures.

His Excellency Major General Obaid Muhair bin Sorour, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai, presented Eid greetings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan,President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and their brothers, members of the Supreme Council Rulers of the UAE, and the people of the UAE, on the occasion.

GDRFA Dubai has invited customers to use GDRFA DUBAI’s smart application during the Eid holiday to facilitate and speed up their transactions in one single step. Customers can also contact the toll- free number 8005111 “Amer” for inquiries, which operates 24 hours all through the week.
