The Philippine Embassy and Consulate General will be closed from Aug. 21 to 23 “in respect to the Islamic traditions and UAE government regulations,” according to an official announcement issued by authorities.
The Islamic world will next week celebrate Arafat Day on Aug. 21; and Eid Al Adha on Aug. 22 and 23.
Offices will resume on Aug. 26.
