Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes is conferred the Dakilang Kamanong Award (Grand Cross Gawad Mabini) by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte during ceremonies held today inside the Bulwagang Apolinario Mabini of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Manila office. The award is given to DFA officials who have made significant accomplishments in foreign service like Assistance to Nationals and consular services. Previous recipients were Undersecretary Enrique Manalo; Ambassador Elizabeth P. Buensuceso; Consul General Adelio Angelito Cruz; and Ambassador Mario L. de Leon.
