Ambassador Constancio R. Vingno Jr. and Yoko Ramos-Vingno, spouse to the Philippine Ambassador to the UAE and head of the Philippine Ladies Circle receives a donation of 300 kilos of linens from 2017 TFT Fashion Designer of the Year and United Cebuanos-UAE Abu Dhabi Chapter President Aldwin Jlo Ornopia. Together with them in the photo are ATN Case Officer Maribelle Facundo, Welfare Officer Marites Ramos, Secretary to the Ambassador Mayla Perez, and Philippine Ladies Circle Honorary Member Jacqueline Awal.
The linens will be used by the wards for their ongoing training programs spearheaded by the PH Embassy and the POLO-OWWA in Abu Dhabi as a means to enable and empower them to earn a living once they go back to the Philippines.
