Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, H.E. Constancio R. Vingno Jr., and his spouse, Mme Yoko Ramos- Vingno, chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle leads the distribution of the 120 luggage bags donated by Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers in the UAE (PICE UAE).
In attendance were Vice Consul Von Ryan Pangwi, Vice Consul Anna Guerra, Welfare Officer Marites Ramos, as well as the officers of the PICE-UAE.
