GDRFA in Dubai announces Ramadan working hours this 2018

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has announced that its office, located at the Al Jafiliya area at the service sections, will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The external center at Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3 will remain open 24/7 during the whole month of Ramadan.

All customers can also call the hotline 8005111 “Amer” for immediate inquiries.

His Excellency General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of (GDRFA) Dubai, presented His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and their brothers, members of the Supreme Council Member and Rulers of the Emirates, and the people of the UAE with his sincerest congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

“The change in the Ramadan period comes in line with directives of leadership to improve the level of services to the general public and to devoting the concepts of quality in addition to, embody the strategy of the Ministry of Interior to provide distinguished services to the public,” said Major General Mohammed Al Marri.

H.E. Al Marri furthered that, GRDFA Dubai’s commits to provide continuous services throughout the year, as well as during the various official occasions while maintaining optimal levels of quality services to provide efficient customer service as they facilitate the work.

H.E Al Marri praised the efforts of the employees of the GDRFA Dubai and their keenness to provide the best services to citizens, residents, visitors and tourists coming to the country.
