LOOK: Duterte shows swollen hands after allegedly punching Palace walls

President Rodrigo Duterte allegedly punched a wall inside the Malacañang Palace. Presidential Brother Bong Duterte posted photos of his swollen hands to prove it.
According to Bong, he visited the president’s home yesterday, March 18, to check on his status.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa earlier claimed that the president, in rage, punched a wall inside the Malacañang upon learning about the dismissal of drug-related charges against alleged drug lords Kerwin Espinosa, Peter Lim, and Peter Co, among others.
“At anong sinasabi niyo na nagda-drama si Presidente? I tell you, noong nagalit si Presidente, tingnan niyo ‘yung kamay ni Presidente namaga. Noong nagalit siya nang malaman niya, sinuntok niya ‘yung wall ng Malacañang, namaga sa galit niya,” Dela Rosa said.
Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, however, said that he did not notice the President’s swollen hands when they were together on Thursday night.
Special assistant to the President, Bong Go, on the other hand, said that the president’s hands are “a bit swollen” due to signing of several documents.
“Because of work. He signs a lot of documents,” Go said.
No confirmation has been released yet as to what exactly happened to the president’s hands.
