OFW complains of baggage theft at NAIA 1

An overseas Filipino worker (OFW) has come forward to complain about lost items in his baggage at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 last February 9, 2018.

According to the victim, Ramon Segarra, he found his perfumes, shoes and other items were missing when he opened his baggage, reported GMA.

He explained that there was a delay at the baggage conveyor and when he retrieved his luggage, he noticed that its lock and zipper have been damaged.

He then reported the issue to the airport staff and weighed his bag. It was said that his baggage was of the same weight before he went back to the Philippines.

NAIA has yet to release a statement.
