Philippine Consul General to Dubai Paul Raymund P. Cortes challenged the members of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Lipa City Chapter to use their talents and expertise to advance the cause of nation building.
The consul general delivered his remarks during the group’s recent 1st International Conference, which was held in Dubai.
