As part of an ongoing commitment to the local community in Dubai and the wider UAE, the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai has extended its support for the Beat Diabetes Walk held at Dubai Creek Park in 2017. The first walk was organized in 2009 in the UAE. In 2010, the initiative was extended to Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and India. The following year, the initiative was taken to Saudi Arabia. Over the last eight years, the event has garnered immense support with the participation from several government authorities, medical entities, corporates, schools and the local communities.
