Madam Yoko Ramos-Vingno-spouse of the Philippine Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and chair of the Philippine Ladies Circle-Abu Dhabi- on January 7, 2018 attended the first meeting of the ASEAN Ladies Circle (ALC) Abu Dhabi for 2018. The said meeting was hosted by the new ALC chair and spouse of the Singaporean Ambassador to the UAE, Madame Alice Tan, at the Singaporean Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Other ASEAN spouses in attendance include spouse of Indonesian Ambassador, Madame Farida Husin; spouse of the Vietnamese Ambassador, Madame Nguyen Thu Huong; Thai Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission Ms. Viphawan Oh Benniman, and First Secretary Ms. Salynn Phudtapitug; spouse of Brunei Darussalam Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission, Noorlaila HJ Tajudin; and spouse of Malaysian Embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission, Shamshinar Ahmad Bashir.
