All eyes were on Isabelle Duterte’s stunning cobalt blue ball gown made by Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco on her debut on Friday, January 19, 2018, at the Manila Peninsula Hotel.
The designer on his Instagram post said the off-shoulder gown was embedded with Swarovski crystals, and based on Winn Ramos’ Instagram video, the debutant’s make-up artist, the gown was literally sparkling.

Aside from the Michael Cinco gown, Isabelle also had a few outfit changes.
Wedding and Debut stylist Jeff Galang flaunted the lavish outfits worn by Isabelle on his Instagram stories.
Isabelle’s first gown, which she wore when she was getting her hair and makeup done, was a pink La Tercera silk robe with lace neckline.

Next, she had a white ORIAS Studios pantsuit on her dance number and she was on heels!

She opted for a white lace gown by Jefferson Si paired with silver heels for the after-party look.

Meanwhile, President Rodrigo Duterte, and son Paolo Duterte, the grandfather and the father of Isabelle respectively, were a no-show in the debutante’s ball.
