A 27-year-old man was killed after a diesel tank fell on his head in Al Liyyah, Sharjah last Thursday, January 18.
According to investigation, the Indian man was working on a diesel vessel docked in the area when the incident happened. It is not yet clear how the tank fell on the man’s head, reported Gulf News.
Police and emergency teams rushed to the scene and transported the victim’s body to the hospital. However, the hospital was declared the victim dead on arrival.
Authorities have already called the witnesses to further investigate the incident, and to know if there was a foul play that happened.
