Dubai has surpassed the record of the world’s largest caviar in 2016 weighing 17kg recorded, threefold its size.
Atlantis’ The Palm teamed up with U.S luxury caviar company AmStur to break what almost seemed impossible.
The 50kg caviar was placed inside a 98cm x 74cm custom-made and diamond-shaped tin that was made of the finest R16 stainless steel.
In the end, the attempt to overthrow the 2016 world record was successful. A Guiness world record adjudicator officially announced Dubai’s triumphant attempt.
The whooping tin of caviar was presented to 5,000 guests at the resort’s gala dinner, who were lucky enough to eventually consume the whole tin of caviar.
