Residents filing a criminal complaint will be ushered to specific rooms where a video call with a police officer would take place, allowing the Dubai police to get the details of the complaint.

The smart station also serves as a lost and found area, where residents can report or hand over found items in a drop box.

Visitors to the station can also go through a virtual tour and be educated on the history of the emirate’s police force.
