A taxi driver returned a cash worth more than P20,000 and personal documents left by his passenger last night, August 30.
In his Facebook post, Melito Buban, a Grab driver, asked help in through social media on searching for the owners of a brown envelope containing this large amount of money and important personal documents.
“May pasahero po ako kagabi na nakaiwan ng brown envelope na may mahalagang laman na dokumento at malaking halaga na pera. Sana tulungan nyo ako ipaabot sa may ari,” he said.
His post earned 4,5000 reactions, 156 comments, and 23, 185 shares on Facebook.
After 18 hours, Bulban announced on his account that he successfully returned the valuable items to its rightful owner.
“Maraming Salamat po sa lahat ng may mabubuting puso po na nagshare. Nabalik na po yung envelope na may laman na pera at dokumento na naiwan ng isang pasahero ko,” he said.
