Local reports said the Ugandan man allegedly committed suicide inside the station “due to financial difficulties”.
Eyewitness said they heard a loud sound and found the man covered in blood on the ground, reports said.
The incident was reported at around 2 p.m and RTA later tweeted that Dubai Metro service has resumed normal operations.
“Dubai Metro service is now back to normal at Noor Bank metro station. Thanks for your cooperation,” they announced.
