The huge explosion in Davao night market has killed 14 people and injured more than 60 victims, and investigations are still ongoing to pinpoint the real perpetrator of this heinous event speculated to be a work of terrorists.

Many people, even the civilians, have been trying their best to contribute to solving this mystery. And because technology brought us CCTV cameras installed in streets and establishments, most cases are heavily reliant on CCTV footages.

One such help from a civilian was presented in this manner. A supposedly actual CCTV footage taken during the night of the explosion in Davao Night Market was uploaded on the social media by a Facebook user Les Berg.

The 1 minute CCTV footage shows the actual explosion in the night market that killed several people on the spot.

Within minutes of its posting, some people already reuploaded the video on the internet, but according to netizen Karlo Alexie Puerto, the CCTV footage was uploaded illegally. He posted a plea on Facebook addressed to the uploaders of the video as well as netizens to stop spreading the CCTV footage.

“That’s an illegally uploaded video of our CCTV footage submitted to authorities for investigation. The original uploader has deleted the video” Karlo Alexie told Pinoy Trending.

The video is spreading like a wildfire on Facebook and some people who already saw the video also shared it to their friends on the internet.

Karlo Alexie and his friends are already cooperating with other uploader of the CCTV footage.
