Gilas is expected to regain its strength in the court, as they welcome back June Mar Fajardo, Roger Pogoy, and Troy Rosario, after they have been away from the team for almost two weeks.
According to Rappler’s report, Coach Yeng Guiao is now more calmed and relaxed as June Mar Fajardo, Roger Pogoy, and Troy Rosario entered again the Gilas team after the recent PBA Commissioner’s Cup final, and two weeks before the start of FIBA World Cup.
The three are expected to join the Gilas team as they need to catch up on the moves and necessary adjustments for their near competition.
Guiao now thinks that conditioning and training of the three is not a big concern anymore since they just recently engaged in the stretching and grilling PBA finals.
He also said that they have no problems with the needed fitness and training anymore, but he is more concerned about the resting and recovering of the three players after the PBA finals.
Gilas will start to freshen up and build their angst again in the play battle to prepare for the upcoming World Cup.
