Philippine Swimming League-Swimming Pinas ace Micaela Jasmine Mojdeh swept three more gold medals highlighted by one new Philippine junior record and one meet record in the 2019 Ralph Hicken International Swimming Championship being held at the Markham Pan Am Center in Ontario, Canada, said a Manila Times report.
Mojdeh displayed her prowess in the girls’ 12-year 100m butterfly, submitting one minute and 4.74 seconds to eclipse the Philippine junior record of 1:05.20 registered by Camille Buico in the 2016 UAAP Swimming Championship, said the Times report.
She also broke the 1:07.16 tournament record and delivered yet another record-breaking feat – in the 200m Individual Medley, where she clocked 2:31.35, way better than the 2:37.54 tournament mark.
Mojdeh completed another three-of-three sweep of Day 3 when she ruled the 200m breaststroke in 2:50.23.
So far, Mojdeh has six gold medals and four new records. (Contributed photo)
