Even though the idea of immigration is close to every Filipinos’ heart, there is still hesitation when it comes to taking action. Eligibility, expenses, job, family are only a few of the many factors that we worry about when it comes to initiating the application process.
1. Am I eligible?
This is the toughest nut to crack when it comes to starting your process. It is true that there are rigid standards when it comes to being eligible for application and no consultancy can find a way around it. However, talking to an experienced consultant might help you find a way to improve your profile. There tips which can be used to increase your points like:
– Re-taking the IELTS to get better scores
– Planning ahead and applying for an educational course
– Working out your roles and responsibilities at work and getting your designation to fit in the NOC code, and many more.
Each profile is unique, and an experienced consultant can guide you rightly.
2. How expensive is the process?
This is the most common question that out consultants get asked. The whole process of applying and getting a PR can be afforded by any eligible working employee here in the UAE. Service fee for the primary applicant covers the entire family at one go. Still if you are not convinced, there are flexible options of payments available as well. Give us a call to know more and you will be surprised how easy it is!
3. Will I get a job in Canada?
The fact that you are eligible means that you are qualified and employable. With the right skills and a bit of help it will not be too hard to find a job in Canada. The Canadian government welcomes immigrants and encourages them to work and contribute to the economy positively. You can register on the Canada government website and check on the job bank for suitable positions. Once you land you can also network with the different community programs and immigrant associations to find more opportunities. We will help you get ready for interviews and even help you get in touch with recruiters who can fetch you interviews.
4. Will it be difficult to take my family there?
You can take your family to Canada as soon as you get your PR. Your children start going to the school immediately.
5. How soon should I go to Canada once I get my PR?
Once you get your PR you have ample time to prepare and make the big move.
You need to land in Canada within 6 months once your PR application is approved and entry visa is stamped in your passport. After landing you can wait for few weeks to collect your PR card or you can leave Canada and some friend/relative can mail you your PR card. Then, you are required to live in Canada for 730 days (2 years) in the next 5 years to retain your PR status.
