We try to get ingredients from the local market to sustain their business,” adds Singh.
Swissotel Al Ghurair also has their Shayan Persian Restaurant that offers a 1 meter long kebab that you shouldn’t miss, along with other specialized Persian and Mediterreanean cuisine that you ought to try as well!
