Sheikh Hamdan urges police to join 30-day fitness challenge

Following the launch of the ’30 minute x 30 days’ Dubai Fitness Challenge on Monday, October 2, Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has urged the Dubai Police to join the fitness movement.

In a tweet, HH Sheikh Hamdan encouraged the police force to participate, along with Dubai residents, with the aim of making Dubai the most active city in the world.

“I  challenge all the teams at @DubaiPoliceHQ to sign up & take the @DXBFitChallenge,” he wrote.

He added, “I look forward to seeing everyone in action from October 20th at least 30 minutes for 30 days!”

“We want everyone to join this inclusive initiative, from those who have never exercised to those that are fitness enthusiasts, from the young to the old and the people of determination, and the entire community including schools, businesses, and government organizations across Dubai,” he said.

The challenge will run from October 20 to November 18.
