The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced 32 state-of-the-art smart kiosks, featuring advanced technology and sleek designs.
These kiosks, strategically located across 21 key spots including RTA’s main office, aim to enhance accessibility and offer round-the-clock services, including to individuals with special needs.
This initiative aligns with RTA’s commitment to elevate customer satisfaction and is in accordance with the Dubai government’s directives and the Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart Government Programme.

The new kiosks offer 28 diverse digital services encompassing vehicle licensing, driver-related tasks, parking services, nol, and revenue management. They are operational 24/7, catering to public demands.
Payment options include cash, credit cards, and NFC technology on smartphones. Notably, the kiosks are equipped with an automated performance monitoring feature, ensuring continuous service enhancement.
Initiated in 2021, the smart kiosk project has seen notable success in revolutionizing the digital customer experience. This expansion has resulted in the addition of eight new kiosks across six locations and the upgrade of 24 others, further extending the reach and impact of this customer-centric service.
