A TikTok influencer based in Canada died after a tragic sky diving accident in Toronto. The accident happened last week according to a CNN report.
21-year-old Tanya Pardazi who went by the handle @philosatea on TikTok had more than 2 million likes and 95,000 followers in the video sharing app.

Skydive Toronto said on August 27 that a sky diving student “succumbed to fatal injuries obtained from an emergency situation.” The company did not identify the student.
In her last TikTok posts Pardazi shared that she had recently begun taking classes with the sky diving company.
“The skydiver released a quickly rotating main parachute at a low altitude without the time/altitude required for the reserve parachute to inflate,” the company said in a release.

“The jumper was a welcomed recent addition to the sky diving community and will be missed amongst the student’s new friends and fellow jumpers of Skydive Toronto Inc,” the statement added.
Local police are now investigating the incident.
