The Philippine former first lady Imelda Marcos is excited over her son Marcos Jr’s win in the country’s presidential polls.
Ninety-two-year-old said she felt “extra excited” and “so happy” over the victory of Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., in the May 9 presidential polls.
Her daughter, Senator Imee Marcos, said,” Siyempre ‘yung nanay ko sobrang excited. Tuwang-tuwa siya sa mga pangyayari.” It is at the Batasang Pambansa Complex where Bongbong is expected to be proclaimed as the 17th President of the country.
“She’s suddenly able to hear, to walk, lahat ng sakit-sakit noong panahon ng COVID-19. Lahat ng nararamdaman biglang nawala. Maliksing-maliksi,” she said.
“Parang hindi na siya uli 92, kundi 29,” she added.
