Robredo dares Marcos for a debate, turns down COMELEC panel interview

Presidential candidate and Vice President Leni Robredo is challenging Bongbong Marcos for a debate as she turned down the offer of the Commisison on Elections for a panel interview next week.

Robredo made the call as she pointed out that Marcos is the only presidential candidate to not participate in a debate attended by all the other candidates.

Robredo said that both she and Marcos owe it to the people and the country.

“We owe it to the people and to our country. Kung papayag po kayo, anytime, anywhere, darating ako,” she said.

Marcos is a frequent debate skipper except for the debate organized by SMNI which is owned by FBI most wanted Apollo Quiboloy.
